To best calculate the metabolic rate of the activity, the Move4 should be worn on the right hip using the hip strap. Move4 can also be worn on the chest using the chest strap. It is important that the correct position is selected in the DataAnalyzer to ensure the calculations are correct.

The measurement data from the sensor and all secondary parameters is recorded in the Unisens Data format. Unisens is a free and open source data format designed to capture the data from multiple sensors. For more information about unisens please visit http://www.unisens.org. A unisens data set consists of a meta file (unisens.xml) and different data files for each measurement signal and every secondary parameter. The secondary parameters are saved within the unisens data.

Once we’ve received your order, we aim to process it as soon as possible to speed up the process of delivery. Unfortunately, this means you aren’t able to edit an order once placed. Please call us and we can discuss your order and advise you how best to proceed.

Delivery can take up to 14 working days. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is received and another when your order has been processed and dispatched.

Standard shipping charge is 1.75% of the order value. With a minimum shipping fee of £17.50 per order.

We deliver to UK Mainland only via a third-party delivery company. Please ask us before placing an order if you would like to check your delivery address is eligible.

Product returns may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the company’s discretion based on individual situations. Any product returns that result in a credit, will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge on the original invoice value. To discuss a return, please contact us directly.

No you do not have to set up an account; you can use our express guest checkout option. But creating an account does make it easier to buy from us again as you will not have to fill in your details every time you shop. Setting up your account is quick and easy, it can be done before you start browsing or when you come to checkout.

However if you want to be approved as a VAT Exempt customer you will need to set-up and account first.
